  • How much is delivery?
    All UK orders are sent with Royal Mail ensuring a fast and safe delivery of your purchase. Once made, you can expect to have it within 2-3 working days. £3.95 Standard Royal Mail Delivery £4.95 Tracked 48 hr Royal Mail Delivery £5.95 Tracked Next Day Delivery Large orders will be sent via courier with no additional charge to the purchaser. *Please allow up to 3 working days for production of purchase + delivery timescale. Postage will be confirmed by email when parcel sent. ** Please use ‘contact us’ facility for postage price if delivery is outside of the N.Ireland & United Kingdom
  • Can you ship outside the UK?
    Yes we ship to the following European Countries:- Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland. Shipping is based on weight but a personalised bear is £13.00. All orders abroad are sent via International Tracked and Signed, which requires a signature on delivery and comes with a parcel number. It should arrive within 5-7 working days within Europe and 7 to 14 working days for the rest of the world and maybe longer during peak times, such as Christmas. You may have custom charges to pay in your country.   • Are Items washing machine safe?
    Please read the relevant item descriptions, as we have different washing instructions for different items, as some are hand wash only.
  • Do you sell at wholesale / Trade?
    We do not sell to trade. We do however offer promotional bears for companies at competitive prices and there is no minimum order, so we can cater for schools, nurseries, small and large companies and charities too. We can even print your own graphic designs on bears for you to sell in your shop or add to hampers or gift baskets or even nappy cakes. Large orders can take 2-4 weeks to be made and sent out, as we usually need to order the bears in for larger orders. Please use the ‘contact us’ facility to discuss your requirements.
  • Can you embroider clothing with specific logos?
    Please use ‘contact us’ to discuss your individual needs. We can embroider company logos, bespoke digitised requests (photo uploads, copies of personalised letters in original handwriting, family trees etc) and most other personal requests. Due to copyright and licensing laws we cannot embroider or print any licensed characters or brand logos as we don’t have their permission. If you can visualise it we can embroider it.
  • Are your bears safe for children?
    Yes all our items have been made to the highest quality and have the CE mark and have been tested to EN71 safety standards. Most items are suitable for ages 3+ and some are suitable from birth. The appropriate age is mentioned in each products description.
  • Can I return an item for a refund if I change my mind?
    Personalised items are exempt from the distance selling regulations and cannot be returned for a refund, if you change your mind. If you feel that the item is faulty then please contact us to discuss further. Non-personalised items then yes they can be returned for a refund, we must be contacted within 14 days of receiving the order. The card and cotton tags, hanger and other packaging can’t have been removed or damaged and must be returned in the brand-new condition that it was sent to you in. Return postage costs are direct costs and cannot be refunded. A refund will be given within 30 days.
  • I’ve changed my mind, can I cancel my order?"
    If we haven’t started making your order, then yes you can cancel, please contact us straight away if you change your mind. If we have already made your order and dispatched, then I’m afraid it’s too late to cancel.
  • If I buy as a gift can I request the invoice to not be in the package?
    Yes, if sending as a gift, please select ‘this is a gift’ on the ‘personalise me’ page make sure the billing and delivery addresses are different, any orders which state ‘this is a gift’ will not include an invoice
  • Can I see an image of the personalised product before it is made?
    Absolutely, please select ‘email me image for sign off’ on ‘personalise me’ page. We will create the design and send to you within 24 hours for sign off, please ensure you check you email & spam box regularly.
  • Can I collect my order?
    Collections can be made by request for customers in Northern Ireland, please use ‘contact us’ facility to discuss prior to submitting your order.
  • Do you accept orders over the phone?
    No sorry we can't take orders over the phone. We can offer help and advice over the phone though if you should need it. We also have an online chat service.
  • What payments methods do you accept?
    We accept all major debit and credit cards through our secure online merchant Sagepay or you can pay via Paypal if you hold a Paypal account. If you would like to pay with Amex then you should be able to via Paypal but you need to select the "Don't have a Paypal account option" We accept bank transfer for large orders only
  • How long will it take to make my order?
    We aim to make all orders received before 4pm same day and posted the following day. Orders should be received with 5 working days (excluding weekends, bank holidays and busy periods such as Christmas) when using Royal mail standard delivery with most arriving within 3 working days of order being made (excluding weekends, bank holidays and busy periods such as Christmas).
